Using Podomancy to Reveal Your Personality

As with any form of divination, the fortune tellers who use these methods to tell of good or bad omens, to predict the future, or just to entertain, have for many years reached out and used almost anything in order to "reveal" many unknowns. Using Podomancy to reveal your true character is one of these "reaching for anything to use" techniques. You wouldn't believe the parts of your body that will actually unmask your true self!

For years in foreign countries, divination has been used to tell a person's fortune. The methods by which the information is revealed have varied from the strange to the supernatural. That's right, depending upon the size, shape and overall look of your toes, many things can be assessed about who you are, what your personality is like and what character traits are your strong ones and which need a little more development in you.

Similar to the famous palm reading done by fortune tellers along busy city strips, those using podomancy to reveal good or bad omens for a person's life interpret certain information contained in the lines on the soles and sides of your feet. As many diviners using podomancy believe, these lines represent the symbols of your soul. Once a very popular art form in China, podomancy is also known by other names such as pedomancy or solistry.

Although not many have looked downward for help in dealing with problems or in praying for good fortune, the reading of feet and/or toes could, with a stretch of the imagination, be quite interesting. As with all divinations, an open mind must ensue and the possibility that not all that is seen is understood can lend your mind's eye to new discoveries! For example, when you look down, do your toes point outward? Do certain toes lean a certain way, like all of them leaning toward your big toe? What about the individual toes themselves? Are they long? Short? Round or bent under? If any of your toes are sensitive or overly flexible, a diviner using podomancy can interpret the specific meaning for you.

Consisting of vertical ridges and horizontal ridges both in the lines on the feet and in the ridges of the toe nails, the right and left foot and each individual set of toes are revealing to those using podomancy. For example; if you have a rectangular toe, this might mean that you are a very common-sense person who expresses energy in very simple terms. If your toes are crooked, you please others. Bent toes?
