French kissing involves the tongue. What you do with it, and what she does with yours, is a matter of preference. French kissing has been traditionally associated with Western societies, but is now becoming quite popular around the world. The term has been attributed to the French's more open views on cunnilingus and oral sex in general as the two acts are similar. Unlike other English terms using the adjective "French", the expression has been borrowed into French slang as the verb frencher. As a bit of humor, french kissing was euphemized as "Freedom Kissing" in a parody of Freedom Fries during the period of poor relationships between the United States and France just prior to the onset of the 2003 invasion of Iraq.

French kissing is one of the most exciting acts you can share before engaging in direct sexual contact. If you want to know if your prospective new lover is good in bed, before you find yourself let down in the bedroom, make sure to kiss them deeply. If your prospective lover is awkward, and your sexual chemistry doesn't flow at this point, you can bet the sex will be a big disappointment as well. Most people of experience will tell you that they undoubtedly never make it to the next level of sexual intimacy if the partner isn't a good kisser.
