If you prefer to move into America there are many caves that you can either visit or explore. There are many for whom this is nothing but a hobby. They just love spelunking, or cave exploring since they are avid lovers of nature and also want to test the limit of physical endurance. To utter dismay the caves which are located under the sea or atop steep terrains and are very difficult to explore, some daring people have even explored them for scientific purposes, or for mere excitement.

The equipment you will need for vertical caving includes mechanical descenders, ascenders and a single rope. There is also a separate discipline called Cave diving, and is one of the most exciting cave exploration activities. There is need to have training in both cave exploration and open sea diving.
