Especially if you are a vegan yourself, you may want to prove that you have what it takes to be a vegan master chef. So by offering a full vegan menu then you are showing that you are a serious vegan and you are not being a vegan when it suits you.

Vegan diets are a good way to stay in shape and to make sure that you do not become tempted by the sin foods, as they are known. These sin foods are bad for your body and we all know it, yet more and more people still don't care about the warnings that are in place and they will be tempted and then their will power is gone. If they have enough will power to avoid these foods then they have a great chance of making sure that they don't fail in their diet. As stated before vegan diets are not just used by vegans, there are many non-vegans that will be more then happy to try a vegan diet, as they think that it will be the diet for them. Most of them are right and they like vegan food so much that they are willing to stay using vegan food because it is healthy and they really do enjoy the vegan food. If it helped them through their diet then they will be thinking that it must be doing something right. All vegans know that they are living a healthy lifestyle; they just wish that everyone else could do the same.
