The Two Towers picks up right at the end of the Fellowship of the Ring. That is one reason why it is cool to sit there and watch all the movies back to back because they hold together very nicely. If you are a fan of the books, this movie stays very true to The Two Towers book that came out first. If you have read this book you will see a lot of people you remember reading about. In fact, Golem (one of the most loved characters in the books) makes his appearance in this movie. Also, The Two Towers has one of the best battle moments in all movie history. In fact, it was so great that they went on to make many video games about it because it was full of action. This is one of the longest battle moments I have ever seen in a movie, and I think that it is something that helps it out. It really gives you a good feeling about how hard the battle was, and how hard it was for them to hold the castle. Any movie that can pull you in, the way that The Two Towers does, has to be a great movie. Of course, it is very hard to find movies that are as great as this movie is. In fact, you are going to be hard pressed to ever find another movie that has this long of a battle moment in it. The Two Towers builds you up to this great battle for the whole movie (and it is a long movie), and when you finally get to it, the battle will not let you down.
The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers is a great movie hands down. This is a movie that you are going to love to watch, whether you read the books or not. In fact, this is one of those movies that is great to see in the theaters, but it is almost better to see at home. This is because you can buy the uncut version of the movies and see The Lord of the Rings the way that Peter Jackson wanted you to see it. This is by far one of the greatest movies of all time and is a must buy for any one's DVD collection. In fact, you may already have this movie in your collection right now as you read this. The Two Towers is a movie that you will never forget, and this is the same for all the Lord of the Ring movies. I hope if you have not seen it you will go out and rent it tonight; you will be very happy you did.
