Now I have seen some great movies before, but I have never seen a movie like The Fellowship of the Ring. This is the first movie in The Lord of the Rings trilogy, and possibly the best one. Whenever you have a trilogy it always seems like the first one is the best one, and the other ones are just trying to follow suit. Well when I saw the first one, and then saw the other ones, I can tell you that this is no different. After watching The Fellowship of the Ring I can tell you that it was my favorite one out of all them. I think that one reason why The Fellowship of the Ring was the best one was because you were seeing it all for the first time. Nothing like this had ever been done before. When I was watching it on the big screen I just sat in my chair and could not believe what I was seeing. Many people think that the movie is too long, but really it had to be to follow the book. After all, there are three main books to it as well. To make sure that each movie was about a different book you had to be able to fit everything in. While you are setting there watching it the only thing that you are going to notice is that your butt starts hurting. Besides that you are not going to know how long the movie is, you are just going to know that it is great. I mean, that is what a great movie is about after all. You should not be looking down at the time to see when the movie is going to be over. You should just be watching it without caring when it is going to end. In fact, in a way you have to hope that it is never going to end. The Fellowship of the Ring is the best one out of all three of them. Peter Jackson does a great job setting up the story for the rest of the movies. In fact, he did such a great job I did not care about the rest of the movies. I just wanted to watch this one over and over again.

Some of the other Lord of the Rings movies do have some pretty cool battle parts in them. Now I do love the battle parts do not get me wrong. However, it felt like the other parts in the movie were just kind of there. They did not have the same effect as the rest of the movie. Of course, this was not a problem when watching The Fellowship of the Ring. All the parts seem to fit right into play, and that is what made it a great movie. I am happy to see that great movies are still being made because sometimes it is hard to find great movies anymore. It seems like the more movies that come out the more and more of them just turn out to be crap. I know that I am not a person that should be able to sit here and judge a lot of movies. After all, I have not made a movie. I do not know how hard it is. I can tell you this, if they are going to make a movie for me to see then I am going to call it as I see it. The Fellowship of the Ring is one of those movies that you know that it is going to be good just a few parts into the movie. If you do not believe me go rent the the movie and see for yourself.

I am not a person that likes to sit through super long movies, however, I will if its a great movie. I can tell you right now that The Fellowship of the Ring is one of those movies that I can sit trough. If you have never read the books then the best way to do that in a few hours is just to watch the movie. However, the book is just a little too long for the movie to cover everything. Even so, it is still one of the best movies ever.
