Haley Joel Osment was born in the year 1988, and he did not waste much time in getting on the big screen. However, he did not start in the box office. In fact, he got his start playing some roles in television movies. However, Haley Joel Osment would not be doing that for long, because in 1999 he got his big break (only 11 years after he was born) in the smash hit The Sixth Sense. This was a thriller movie where Haley Joel Osment played a role that could see dead people. This was one of the biggest movies of 1999, and Haley Joel Osment go to be in it. Not long after The Sixth Sense Haley Joel Osment moved on to some other big roles in Hollywood like Pay It Forward and the great movie A.I. Of course, how could he stop there after being such a big star. In 2003, Haley Joel Osment went on to play in the movie Secondhand Lions. This is a young man that has played in some big roles with some big named actors like Kevin Spacey and Helen Hunt. He has also been lucky enough to have already be in a Steven Spielberg movie (which was A.I.). Of course, this is not a person that just loves to act, he also loves to do a lot of voice acting for not only cartoons, but video games as well.

Right now Haley Joel Osment has been doing a lot of different voice acting. Some of the movies that he has gave his voice to, would be The Jungle Book 2 and The Country Bears. However, his most recent entry into the voice acting world would have to be in video games. Haley Joel Osment was the voice of Sora in the Square-Enix hit Kingdom Hearts. The cool thing about this is that Haley Joel Osment has gave his voice in each of the games in the series, which gives all the games a great feel, like they really belong together. So many times when you are trying to play a game that has a sequel to it, they can never get the same people to do the voice acting two games in a row. I think that is way Kingdom Hears did so good because they all fit better together, like they all belong together. Of course, he was also the voice of Takeshi Jinno in the Immortal Grand Prix anime. However, Haley Joel Osment has not given up on movies yet. Right now his next big film is going to be Home of the Giants where he is going to be playing along side Danielle Panabaker and Ryan Merriman.

This is a lot for someone of his age to have done. Must people do not even play in this many movies over the course of their life. However, that does not stop Haley Joel Osment from doing the films. When you are someone that people want to watch on the big screen then you are going to get many roles in many movies. That is just the way it goes. However, this has worked out for Haley Joel Osment because now he has starred in a lot of movies and really been able to get his foot in the door. This is great because it has open other doors leading to big things for him. Even if he would of not go this big break with his first movie that he did. This is a guy who would of not of been kicked out of Hollywood. He really is a great actor, and soon he will be making lots of movies ever year. I am sure we will see lots of his movies in treaters in years to come.
