South Burlington, Vermont is a wonderful town that is located on the shores of the famous Lake Champlain. Known for being a top town to reside in, one may find that this area has lots to offer. Away from the pollution of large metropolises, offering quality school and homes and with breathtaking views, South Burlington, Vermont is both enchanting and charming.

The town of South Burlington, Vermont is located in the western area of Vermont. Touching the shoreline of the gorgeous Lake Champlain, this town has much to offer. It was in the year of 1865 that this town came to be; as it was once part of a larger town named Burlington. The town is now a thriving area that offers a large retail business sector and has many quality schools, series, parks and activities.

The South Burlington, Vermont Recreational Department is always brewing with fun and exciting activities for people of all ages. One extremely entertaining activity that is growing more popular every day is their Wallcrawlers program. Set up indoors, this offers climbing walls to children. Parents guide their children to practice their climbing skills as they kids are tethered to a safety rope and maneuver up a step wall with foam rocks to use as they climb.

There are boater’s safety courses that are available for families that with to learn all there is to know when enjoying the waters of Lake Champlain.
