Thank You For Smoking is a great movie to watch, and is a movie that you need to see at least once time in your life. However, after seeing this Golden Globe Award nominated film, you are going to want to see it more than once. This is a very off beat comedy, and it was directed by Jason Reitman. It was released back in 2006, and only came out in a few selected theaters. When this movie came out, it grossed about 39 million dollars, which was pretty good because it only came out in limited cities. However, this movie had such a big response, that they chose to make a TV show on NBC about it. Some say, that if they knew the movie was going to be that good, Thank You For Smoking would have came out in more cities around the world. Of course, this movie is like no other movie that I have seen before, and I think that is why I like it. I always seem to like movies about things that you never see, and not so much on things that get done all the time. After all, if you see a plot done too many times, then it is not as much fun to watch. I hate when movies are all done the same, and you know what is going to happen in the movie. If you have not had a chance to see Thank You For Smoking, then you should go give it a try. However, I would suggest that you rent this film first to make sure you like it. I mean, I loved the movie, but not everyone likes off beat comedies as much as they do other movies.

Now you would think with a name like Thank You For Smoking, you would see a lot of people smoking in the movie. Of course, this is not the case. In fact, you never see any of the characters actually smoke in the movie. In fact, that is one of the funny things about the movie. You see, it is that people are thinking about smoking, or are going to smoke, but they never get the chance to. In fact, the closest thing that you will see in the movie, is when a guy reaches for his pack of smokes in his pocket, only to find out that it is empty. That is the closest that anyone ever comes to smoking in the film. I see how that is part of the off beat humor, because in most movies you see people smoking. However, in a movie called Thank You For Smoking, you never see it once. However, you are going to be a person that loves this movie. I always like to see movies that have a very different plot, and Thank You For Smoking is definitely one of those types of movies. If there is one movie that did not come out everywhere that I think that people should go and see, it would be Thank You For Smoking. There has never been a movie like it, and I think it shows the inside of the way a tobacco company works very well. So the next time you are looking for a movie to rent at the movie rental store, think about picking up Thank You For Smoking. You will be happy you chose to do so.

I have said it once before, and I will say it again. I love movies that give you a new plot. I do not want to see a movie, and then next week see another movie just like it. Any director that comes up with a new idea for a movie, I think, is great because he is trying something new.
