Dating issues affect both adults and teens alike and it is no wonder that so many websites, magazines and newsletters are giving teen advice on these complex human issues. It is important for us as a society to give the younger generation the tools necessary to handle the world of relationships, whether it is through dating tips for teenagers or just supporting some of the teen educational programs.

It is a reality that teens are and always will be curious about the dating world and it is our duty to assist them in their plight or else we might as well be denying them their basic human right and need for affection and companionship outside the so-called protective circle of the family unit. It is more than we as adults can control.  Human nature dictates to us when the opposite sex will suddenly start being appealing. That is a fact that we cannot even attempt to deny, regardless of what we think is the appropriate age that our teenagers should start dating.

It is clear then why teen advice is important. It is there so that our teenagers can learn to make educated and calculated decisions which, whether we choose to acknowledge or not, will have an indirect or direct impact on us as a whole. That also means that we as a social network have to embrace that and work to produce these ideal individuals.

Sometimes teenagers can take on this duty through teenager's advice hotlines, where the older teenagers can impart some valuable advice to the younger teens about dating. This kind of service is helpful in that it makes the teenagers feel like they are talking to a friend who understands what they are going through as apposed to an adult who has no clue.

Dating tips are important as part of teen advice, especially girls tips as girls are more likely to be in danger in regards to date rape, falling pregnant, sexual pressure, abortions and so forth. Teen advice is about imparting knowledge from personal experience so that it can better educate or prepare teens for the challenges that come with dating.

Girls tips should involve things like protection during sex, how to make a guy still like you without having to give into the pressures of sex and how to not date an older guy who is only looking to exploit your vulnerability and gullibility. These teen advice tips should be seen as giving real working solutions to real problems that come with youth.

We all have to remember that at one point we too were once young teenagers and life experiences changed us and redirected our unknowing dreams and that is why we often tread carefully when we are in the desert of dating and relationships.

Teenagers advice for teens is about giving hope and lending a helping hand. It is also about opening a doorway or portal to a better understanding of oneself.

And when giving teen advice it is important to note that empathy and not sympathy equips you so that you will ably help the teens in their crisis. Even though a certain problem might seem ridiculous to, to them however it feels like a matter of life and death.

By handling all the problems your teens come to you with, with the uttermost care and understanding the first time around, you ensure that the bond of security and trust will always exist between you and your teen.
