Land sports are sports that are not played in or around water; although, sometimes professional golfers do hit the ball into a pond or lake on a particular golf course. Most of the time hitting the golf ball into some form of water is an accident. Land sports are very enjoyable, but sports in water are very refreshing. There are a variety of water sports to watch and participate in all year round.
