There are many kinds of models that are hired for a variety of different modeling jobs. For example, there are runway models, lingerie models, catalog models, and hand models just to name a few types of models. All kinds of models usually spend many hours doing the job that they were hired for because in both the fashion and modeling industries there are many multiple shots of the clothes that are placed on the models and there is many touch ups that have to done to the makeup that is placed on the models. Therefore, models can work at least twelve hours per day. In addition, to the wide variety of jobs that models go out on and audition for there are many different races of models in today’s society which is wonderful.

In the worlds of both modeling and fashion today there is a very wide diversity of models to choose from when making decisions on whom to hire for a particular modeling assignment. There are Caucasian models, sexy African American models, Hispanic models, Polynesian models, and mixed race models. In other words, the worlds of modeling and fashion have had the insight to bring a melting pot of different people together which is great for society as a whole. In fact, I must give kudos to both of those industries for doing that. Moreover, there are many well known sexy African American models such as Tyra Banks, Naomi Campbell, Tyson Beckford, and Iman. In fact, Iman wrote a book that dealt with the beauty of woman of color. Therefore, I will again simply said that I am very proud of both the fashion and modeling industries for having the mindset to give people a broader view of both industries as far as the type of models are concerned.

Sexy African models are all over the place today. There are many African American women and men who are a part of the fashion industry because they are working as fashion designers and models. For example, Tyra Banks was a well known fashion model in the nineties and now she is well known as an executive producer and the host of America’s Next Top Model. Also, Naomi Campbell was a well known and very sexy African American model in the nineties but today she is better known for her temper because she is accused of having thrown a cell phone at a housekeeper. In addition, she has pled guilty to some other assault charges. Moreover, two of the final models that went to New York Fashion Week as a part of season three of Project Runway are sexy African American models. The names of the models are Camilla and Nazari. Moreover, last season’s winner of America’s Top Model; Danielle is a sexy African American model and woman.

Many models that work in America came from different countries. There are German models, Italian models, French models, and South African models. It seems like it would be common knowledge that there are French and Italian models because both Italy and France are countries that are well known for both their food and their fashion. In fact, it believed that Paris France is the capital of fashion. It also makes sense that some models come from Germany because Germany is a part of Europe. However, models and South Africa don’t seem to go together due to the perception by most people that South Africa in particular and Africa in general is a poor and underdeveloped country. Personally, I am glad that there are South African models because they give the modeling world diversity.
