When you are thinking of great Australian actors you may think of Richard Roxburgh. Richard Roxburgh was born in Albury, in 1962. Ever since then he has done a lot of films both in Australia and in The United States. During the 1990's he did do a lot of stage acting, but he really hit it big when he played in the 1994 Company B production of Hamlet at the Belvoir St. Theater. He also ended up doing a lot of TV roles in Australia as well. Richard Roxburgh has been in a number of movies as well as a lot of TV shows, all of which he did a great job in. Sometimes acting skills like his are not something that can be given to someone, it is something that comes from years of practices. It is not something that you are just born with either, it really is something you have to work hard to. In fact, lots of people say that doing stage work is a lot harder than doing box office movies. This is because things can go wrong whenever your acting, people forget their lines all the time. It happens to the best of us. However, when you are making a movie, you can just cut and do it over again. After he played that role he got notice a lot more. That was a big movie, and in the United States it was really big. The Moulin Rouge is a lot of people favorite movie, and it had a great soundtrack. After Richard Roxburgh played his role in the Moulin Rouge he also played the role of Count Dracula in Van Helsing. It was during this movie that he met and fell in love with his wife Silvia Colloca. They would go on to have a son that was born February 2007. Of course, Richard Roxburgh is up to more than just having kids, he is also set to directed his first film which will be call Romulus, My Father. This is a movie that is set to be released in 2007.

Richard Roxburgh is a great actor that has been in many movies and many TV shows. This is a good thing for him, because had he never got into movies, he never would have met his wife. I guess that proves that everything happens for a reason. It is great that he is going to be making movies now, because I think he will be able to bring something great to the movie business. I hope that at some point he will act in a movie aging, maybe a movie that he makes. He is a great guy that is going to be big in Hollywood not just as an actor but as a Hollywood director. You will some day see one of his films as one of the top selling movies of all time, because he knows what it takes to make a great movie. Richard Roxburgh is a very talented person.
