If you do not like these types of people then do not join that message board, it is that simple. There use to be a lot of anonymous forums, but because people were abusing this, you cannot find that many anymore. Most administrators do not get paid for keeping message boards spam free (unless its for a big company), so it is just how they spend their free time.
