P.E.I. Singles Know How To Party

P.E.I. singles seem to be slightly high among the citizens on Prince Edward island. Considering the fact that the population on Prince Edward island is small enough as it is. It is quite a surprise to see many people single. But then again why would they want to be in a relationship when they spend most of their time partying? Join the party and take a vacation. You deserve it.

Prince Edward Island is Canada's smallest province, but size definitely does not count in this category, because what it may be lacking in landmass, P.E.I. singles make up for in a big way.   The entire island is barely over two square miles and the population was estimated at 135,294 in 2001.  Of course Prince Edward Island will always remain limited in population as there is no place for people to expand to and live, that is one feature all islands share.  One of the most interesting facts for me was the dichotomy of P.E.I. singles and the legend of Anne of Green Gables, a wholesome tale that does not scratch the surface when reading the PEI personals by comparison.

So, I was invited to attend a party on Prince Edward Island by a friend of a friend who insisted that it would be worth the trip.  The reputation of P.E.I. singles had preceded itself and I was anxious to meet someone.  I read the PEI personals a few days before I was supposed to leave for the party and became very encouraged when I saw what some of the P.E.I. singles had to say about life on Prince Edward Island.  I was not looking for a relationship or anything of that nature, only a little fun and companionship for the couple of days I would be on the island.  It was thrilling for me to go somewhere new, especially in Canada; I thought I had been practically everywhere, Toronto, Montreal, Qu?bec and many others.  I always enjoyed visiting my neighbors of the East and spending time with Canadians.  Their country was clean and people always seemed friendly and helpful no matter where I was and what I was doing, business trips or pleasure.  Now I was headed to a pleasure filled weekend, or so I was hoping, the chances were good if I could meet one of the P.E.I. singles from the PEI personals.

Once I arrived on Prince Edward Island, I was immediately impressed with the level of service and could not wait to get to the house I was invited to stay at.  My friend told me to call once the boat docked and although I was anxious to check out my accommodations for the next few days, I was also anxious to have a beer and start checking out the P.E.I. singles.  I spotted a bar on the dock and walked toward it without hesitation.  People were everywhere and music was playing loudly from a local band inside the local tavern.  I asked the bartender for a beer and realized I must have a grin from ear to ear right now.

Everything I had expected was coming true and then some.  I spoke to a few P.E.I. singles and learned that my host for this weekend bash was somewhat of a local celebrity and that his home was amazing.  I decided I could not wait any longer so I made the phone call and my friend was at the bar in seconds, drinking a beer and having a shot.  I knew we were off to a great weekend and I also knew that P.E.I. singles knew how to party, but then again I learned that from reading the PEI personals before I even got here.

If you are looking to have a good party with a lot of local people Prince Edward Island is the place for you to go to. Only on Prince Edward Island will all the locals treat everyday like a national holiday.
