Party Hardcore And Pay For It In The Morning

Many people think that they can party hardcore several nights a week with no consequences, but in reality every time you get hardcore party drunk you are wreaking havoc on your liver. If you party hardcore on a regular basis, you may develop alcohol dependency. When you make the decision to party hardcore, you are often risking your physical and emotional health.

Many people think that they can party hardcore several nights a week with no consequences.  However, the truth is that if you get hardcore party drunk you are damaging your body and often your reputation as well.  If you often get hardcore party drunk in public at bars or in private at your friends' parties, you may even be suffering from a strain of alcoholism.  Many people think that if they party hardcore they cannot be alcoholics, because at least they are not drinking alone.  However, if you continue finding yourself hardcore party drunk more than once a month for six months or more, it may be time to think about what in your life is making you party hardcore so often.

Once in a while it is alright for your health to party hardcore.  Getting hardcore party drunk in a safe environment with people whom you trust to make sure you get home safely can be a fun way to blow off some steam and relax.  If you like to party hardcore, that doesn't necessarily mean that you have a drinking problem.  However, if every time you party you party hardcore, or if it is your primary mode of recreation to party hardcore, you probably need to take a step back and try to get some perspective on your situation.  It is impossible to party hardcore all the time without hurting your body, and choosing to party hardcore often is usually not an emotionally healthy choice either.

Because alcohol is a legal recreational drug, many people forget that it is in fact a drug, just a few steps removed from illicit substances like cocaine.  If you party hardcore, you are using and probably abusing a drug which happens to be legal, but is no less harmful in the long run than many illegal drugs, like marijuana.  Alcohol is unique among drugs because it is extremely popular and prevalent among many varied sectors of society, and is used by young, middle-aged, and old people, meaning that almost nobody remains unaffected by alcohol or alcohol use during their lifetime.  Not everybody chooses to party hardcore, but even people who do not drink for personal or religious reasons often encounter those who do choose to party hardcore, sometimes forging close relationships with these people despite the differences in views on drinking.

One reason why it can be difficult to make the decision never to party hardcore is that alcohol is very hard to avoid, so it feels like deciding to party hardcore is a natural extension of what everybody else is doing.  Your family probably drinks at Christmas or on new year's eve, and many families drink a bottle or wine or a six pack of beer with dinner several nights a week.  A little bit of alcohol can be good for you, and many doctors recommend drinking a glass of red wine every day.  However, when you party hardcore you are not doing something which is good for your health in any way, shape, or form.  In fact, you would be quite wise to avoid trying to fool yourself into thinking that getting hardcore party drunk will help you feel better in the short-term or in the long-term, because the damage you do to your liver will come back to haunt you more than once.

You will feel the effects of your party hardcore evening in the morning, when you awake hungover and groggy, dehydrated with a major headache.  Although this feeling will dissipate in a few hours, that doesn't mean that you are not wreaking havoc on your system, and the damage will come back to confront you decades down the road.
