Parties college are always going to be liquor filled and drunk ridden. Imagine the scene when 50 college students start to drink the alcohol that is available for free, it doesn't bare thinking about really. However these are more known as lame parties and some unruly behaviour is expected from the people that attend the party it is just college life and it will happen. They will speak to these friends and then make even more new friends with the option of having a party the next week if they agree to it.
As your college life goes on you will get more and more party invitations and you may want to repay all these invitations by having your own party. Not exactly competing with the other parties but just seen what one is the best of the best. You and your friends can even all pitch in together and put all your money together so that you will be able to afford everything that you want from the party and that could mean that you will have the greatest party that the college has ever seen. That is a great way to get your reputation with everyone else up to the maximum and that will mean that you will get the biggest turn out for your college party. So that will mean that you will need a hell of a lot of money if you are going to get drinks for everyone.
Of course, you can tell them that they have to bring their own beer for the party that will mean that you get to spend more money on decorations and something outrageous that will get everyone saying that your party was the best without a doubt.
