Scent of a Woman was made a long time ago in 1992 and was about a preparatory student who chooses to take a job to be an assistant to a blind man. As it turn out this blind man turns out to be a medically retired Army office and is a little hard to get along with. The movie not only stars Chris O'Donnell and Al Pacino, but James Rebhorn and Gabrielle Anwar are also in the movie. The movie is a remake to a move that was made back in 1974. Of course, if you have never seen the movie called Profumo di donna then you would probably never know that. Of course, the first movie was based on a book that was called Darkness and Honey. So as you can see the movie Scent of a Woman comes from a book that has been remade a few times. Of course, this does not take away from the movie at all. In fact, it is cool to see the different takes on the book. If you have ever read the book you know that it was great, and the movie is just as good. As matter of fact, I like Martin Brest's movie Scent of a Woman the best. The other movie was great, but I am not a fan of really old movies. 1974 was just a little too long ago for me to really get into the movie. Many people really like the movie Scent of a Woman, and after you watch it I think you will see why. The movie is not like any other movie you have seen before. I am sure of it. In fact, if you have not see the first movie or read the book, I bet you have never seen anything like this film. Of course, that is what makes a good movie if you ask me. A great movie is a movie that seems new to the person watching the movie. You do not want to go into the box office, and watch a movie that you feel like you have already seen. There is no point to spend your money on a movie like that, but if it is a new movie that has some new ideas then that is a great movie. I love this movie, and so will you.

Of course, as you can guess, I am not the only person that likes the movie Scent of a Woman. In fact, it ended up winning an, Academy Award for Best Actor (who was played by Al Pacino). Of course it was also nominated for Best Director as well as Best Picture. If you think that is it then you would be very wrong. In fact, it was also nominated for Best Adapted Screenplay that year as well. Another cool little fact about the movie was that it was filmed at the Emma Willard School. This is actually an all girl school in Troy New York. Which is the perfect place to shot a movie that is called Scent of a Woman. The movie was a big hit in the box office as well. In fact, in the United States it earn 63 million dollars. Around the world the movie earned about 71 million dollars. That is a lot of money for just one film to bring in, however, when good movie comes out like Scent of a Woman, the good news spreads fast. In fact, that is how a movie comes a box office smash hit. This movie is one that I well never forget watching, and because of that, you have to know that it is a great film.

Some movies are good, and then others are great. Scent of a Woman is one of those films that is great, and once you see it you will know why. This film is like no other movie. In fact, I really do not have a movie that I can compare it to. Scent of a Woman is a movie that I think that you should at lest go out and rent. However, I think that you would like the movie a lot more if you just went out to buy it. Once you watch it you will be happy that you own the movie.
