London New Years - A Time To CelebrateThe New Year season is always a great time for everyone; everyone likes to celebrate the New Year in some style and what better place is there than London. The London New Years is always filled with a lot of people waiting for some fireworks to go off outside the main attractions. That is what a lot of people do, they like to wait with many other people outside the attractions talking and waiting.
London New Year's Eve is always a time for the tourist's in the area to see how the locals celebrate a London New Year. A London New Years evening can be enjoyed in many ways; Big Ben seems to attract many people to see the clock tick over to midnight and they can see that as a great way to spend London New Year's Eve. Where you spend London New Years is entirely up to you, if you are in the London area of course. The options seem slightly limited with the choice of either drinking yourself stupid, or you can stay near a tourist attraction and wait for the count down. One of the good things about being near a tourist attraction is that you can meet a lot of local people and get to know them and possibly make some new friends.
London New Years is always a great way to spend the New Year. Even if you have been there to celebrate the New Years before you will always meet a lot of interesting people either from around England or from around the world. It is a good way to meet different people from different cultures and you can ask them how they celebrate New Years, it might even give you an idea about where to go for the next year.
London is the best place to go in England for the New Year's Eve, even though last year was a big disappointment for many people due to no fireworks being set off. Many people complained about that and the government insured people that day that this year will be brilliant to make up for last years disappointment. So you know that the London sky is going to be lit up like Times Square this year, which is getting many people ready to celebrate the New Year in London.
As with any New Years Eve you will more then likely be thinking about your New Year's resolution and how long you plan to keep it, if you are drunk then you can forget about keeping that resolution. You might be giving up smoking, but if you are drunk, then you will find yourself with a cigarette in your mouth 15 minutes after midnight it always happens. With any New Years resolution you will need willpower; some people take these New Years resolutions as more of a joke then anything else, whereas others take these very seriously as it is something that they have been trying to do for a while, and the New Year is the best place plus reason for them to start.
New Years Eve is one of the best times for a party, but you don't have to drink to have a good time. Most people will just show up, be sociable and have a good laugh with the people that are there. That is a great way to spend the evening, with people you don't really know but you will still talk to them because that is how you are. People get friendly when they have been drinking and when there are street loads of people then that means a lot of friendly people talking to you about anything and everything. There will be sober people but it may take some time to find them.
