Great Britain has approved a marijuana derived medication for multiple sclerosis and neuropathic pain and spasticity, called Sativex. It is a spray that is used inside the mouth (oromucosal), and current results are favorable. Common opinions show that the marijuana derivation improves the excruciating symptoms of multiple sclerosis pain and spasticity with few known negative or unmanageable side effects. Soon it is hoped that the FDA will approve the medication also.

One of the most memorable movements in American history is that of the "hippie" or liberal movement that took place in the 1960эs. Among others that emerged during this time, the cannabis cultureэs music and themes are still with us today. Having been teens during those years, the baby boomer generation, the leaders of this movement, has clung tightly to those ideals they had years ago. Some have clung to more than that.
