Farmingdale is located in the state of New York. You may have heard of this small city - by New York standards that is - which gives a headache to all who are trying to find out exactly how to classify it. After all, Eastern Farmingdale is located in the county of Suffolk within the town of Babylon, while Southern Farmingdale is situated in Nassau County, within the town of Oyster Bay.

Of course, there is more to Farmingdale than just its somewhat confusing geographic situation and maybe also its census figures.
