Keanu Reeves's full name is Keanu Charles Reeves, and he was born September 2, 1964 in Beirut Lebanon. Of course, Keanu Reeves was raised in Toronto Ontario, Canada. Maybe one reason why Keanu Reeves can play so many different roles is because he is of many different descents. Some of his descents are Chinese, English, Portuguese, Irish, and Hawaiian. With that kind of background you should be able to play just about any role you are given in Hollywood. Of course, when ever I say that he can play any type of movie, I mean any type of movie. He has played in everything from action, comedy, and ever supernatural thrillers. Any one that can play in all those types of movies has to be doing something right, and when you watch Keanu Reeves movie you will see that he is one of the best American actors. Of course, I am not the only one who thinks that. In fact, he was in a Etonline survey in 2006 and was listed as one of the top ten favorite American stars. That is a big deal when you think about how many different American Hollywood stars there are. Of course, Keanu Reeves can do more than just act, he plays bass guitar too. In fact, he was in a grunge band named Dogstar during the 1990's, and even more recent than that would be the band Becky.

Some of my favorite movies of all time had Keanu Reeves as the lead role. In fact, he is the star that played Neo in the action trilogy know as The Matrix. These movies were some of everyone's favorite movies of all time and did very good in the box office when they came out. Although, not all of The Matrix movies did as good as the first one did. He is also known for his comedy role in the Bill and Ted movies (actually the name of the movies were Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure and Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey). One of the best supernatural thrillers he was in has to be The Devil's Advocate, which went down as one of his best movies ever. He also starred in Buddha and Little Buddha. Of course, one of his first big movies that really got him started would have to be Speed. This was one of my all time favorite Keanu Reeves movies. He also played the lead role in the movie The Constantine, which did a little sub par in the movie theaters. Of course, another funny movie that Keanu Reeves was in would have to be The Replacements. This is a movie where he played a retired quarterback who is called out of retirement to help play for a football team who's players went on strike.

All Keanu Reeves movies are great, and you should watch them. These are movies that you are going to want to watch over and over again. This is because they are great movies that keep you drawn in it. If you do not have at least some of his movies in your DVD collection then you do not have a complete set of great movies. However, if you do have some of them you may want to work on getting some more of his movies. Of course, it is going to take a long time to get all his movies because he has a lot of them. Another movie I did not even talk about was Chain Reaction, but you have to remember he keeps making new movies all the time. In fact, he just made a movie called The Lake House not too long ago.
