A Hungarian name has an unusual way of being placed after the last name. this is the tradition that we are familiar with in the Asian culture. The family name seems to hold more prestige over the given Hungarian name. An interesting thing also about the Hungarian people is that they prefer to have what is known as name days. Instead of having a birthday they will celebrate with great festivity a name day.

In this observation it seems clear that the Hungarian men are still backwards in their thinking. This is why Hungary is still a masculine based country. There notion of equality is still hard for most Hungarian men to swallow. That is why Hungarian women are forced to look beyond the borders of Hungary.

Another obvious reason that is a complaint amongst Hungarian women is that Hungarian men a spoilt and this also makes them act in an immature way. They assume that the Hungarian women are beneath them. They have not yet realized that the world has moved on. It seems obvious that the Hungarian culture is still very limiting to the Hungarian women.

The ideas of getting a better life, lives in the heart of most Hungarian women. It is their search for freedom and liberation.
