Special events being held at Valleyfair, Minnesota this summer include a Fourth of July fireworks display on July 4th, a Coaster Craze special event on July 27, a Salute to Armed Forces day on September 30th, and food drives on various days in August and September. Admission to Valleyfair, Minnesota is $35.95 which includes the rides, shows, and the waterpark. Parking is an additional $9. Reduced rates are available for groups of twenty-five or more.

The Corkscrew is a one and a half minute ride that takes the rider through loops and spirals and takes him or her eighty-five feet into the air at the highest point. The High Roller is a classic wooden roller coaster that speeds riders up to fifty miles per hour during the one minute and forty-five second ride. The Power Tower takes riders two hundred fifty feet into the air then suddenly thrusts them downwards. Riders will travel at speeds in excess of fifty miles per hour in less than four seconds and experience weightlessness for up to three seconds. Water rides are the perfect way to keep cool on those hot summer days. Rides to consider at Whitewater Country Waterpark at Valleyfair, Minnesota include The Wave and Thunder Canyon.
Guests at Valleyfair, Minnesota may want to consider staying the night at a nearby hotel. Two day passes can be purchased for the amusement park.
