Games With Gloves

You are having a party and all your entertainment plans have fallen through. What are you to do? You do not want to be the loser that everyone talks about that had an awful party. What you can do is, create games that all you need are simple every day objects that you can find all around your house. If you are not as creative as you think you should be, you can read this list to find things to make your party great!
Are you having a party and have nothing to do? Out of all the things that you had planned, none of them have worked. Here are some ideas to help liven up the party with everyday objects that are found on almost every home in the United States of America.
The first game is something that would be best set for a child’s slumber party, or for the children at hear. It is called dress the builder. You can play this game in two ways. You split into two groups and pick the lucky victim, I mean partner. This person is the one who gets to be the doll. One way you can play is you wrap the “doll” in construction or police tape. This is fun, but the most interesting and funny way to play dress the builder is to dress them like a construction worker or any other character you can think of. My example is a construction worker so these supplies will work with that, but you can play with other supplys and dress like a doctor, a teacher, or anything you have the means for. You will need a t-shirt, a flannel shirt, jeans, socks, work gloves, goggles, a tool belt, and some tools to put in the belt, and occasionally a hard hat. The point of the game is to dress one of your teammates in the neatest way possible. It is also a race. The team to get their builder fully dressed first wins.
Another game you could play would be hunt for pairs. Before the party, you will hunt the house for pairs of things. Once you find some things like pairs of: socks, gloves, knife and fork, earrings, shoes, salt and pepper. You will choose a pair of things for each player or guest. You will wrap up one of the items and hid the others in the house. When the guests show up you put them in one room and hand them the wrapped item. They must un-wrap the item and then search the house for the other. Who ever will find their item first wins, and if you want to play again the winner can hid the items.
Then, there is the socks and gloves. This is not only known as a game, but also as a stunt because of what you must do. If you are going to play it as a stunt to give everyone kicks and giggles, except for the volunteers, ask for three to six volunteers to see who can put on the most socks in a short limit of time. The volunteers will think this is a very easy challenge, and jump at it to prove that they are better than someone else. (That is human nature.) When everyone sits down to play you bust out the secret of the game. They must be blind folded and wearing gloves to put the socks on! Get everyone to sit in a circle on the floor with out their shoes. The socks that they already have on do not count. In the center of the floor there is a pile of socks in various sizes and styles. Give the players mismatched gloves and then blind fold them. On go, they must pile the socks onto their feet, one at a time, and then the person who is watching will tell them when to stop. The person who told them to go is the person who will tell them when to stop, when ever he or she wants. There is no specific time limit. This is a great game to watch and laugh at. Be sure to take a load of photos for blackmail later on.
You can play all kind of games when you have a party. All you have to do is look around the house, find items, and use your imagination. It is so easy to do, and will liven up the party even before it gets boring. Everyone will want an invite to your next party. It will be the talk of the town! Have loads of fun!
