The games murder mystery are a bit of interactive theater that is usually held at a restaurant or a dinner theater but always somewhere there is dining going on and a casual atmosphere. If you a familiar with the murder mystery game before you get to the restaurant, or you can go with the flow and even take a joke when intense action starts happening around you, then you will have a great time. If you get rattled easily then unknowingly going to a murder mystery game may not be a great idea because a lot of things happen all around you that, if you do not know in advance that they are a play or you can just sit back and watch, then you may find yourself having a panic attack. By getting the audience involved I mean that most, if not all, of the action happens in the audience among the dining tables with the glowing exception of the actual murder itself.

Everything is just as it is in any restaurant and you start to feel comfortable and you start to take in the dйcor and begin to think that this is a really nice place. Suddenly there is a commotion in the kitchen and someone comes out screaming that there has been a murder and the screaming person has blood on their hands. It can be pretty terrifying if you do not know what is going and suddenly all of this action starts to happen around you. People start saying and doing things while you sit there getting more and more terrified. Soon your friends cannot take it anymore and they break down and tell you what is going on and you sit back and enjoy the rest of the show while plotting revenge on your friends for putting you through this in the first place.

In games murder mystery anyone that offers proactive action that keeps what seems to be a story going is an actor. Actors are planted all over the dining floor, among the staff, and as part of a play going on on the stage if it is a dinner theater and that is how the murder mystery is designed to play out. They have safety measures in place for people that are not part of the cast that get too worked up or try and get involved in the action and they have to have these measures or else someone could get seriously hurt. The acting and the set up to these murder mystery interactive plays is so well done that if you did not know it was a play going in then you could easily get caught up in the action and find yourself spinning from what is going on. It is an unbelievable amount of fun and if you have never experienced a murder mystery interactive play then you should get out and experience one just once.

You can try to make a murder mystery game part of your next home party if you want. It may not be as effective as the perfect setting of a restaurant but it can still be fun. Plan a party and then get a few people to be in the cast with you but make sure that you and the rest of the cast tell no one else what is going on or else it will be ruined. Plot your murder mystery and get your friends involved. Just be sure that you have someone with some experience in doing home games murder mystery and that there are precautions put in place in case some of your friends are unable or unwilling to get the joke.
