Ten years ago, the Internet was in its infancy, as people were just starting to purchase computers and technology to get online and surf the web. You can also create private and public groups to allow better picture sharing. For example if you wanted to start an antique car group, people could post the pictures of antique cars there. Creating a group also works great for families or close friends. This site is easy to navigate and it lets you load photos to the site from your email or cellphone. You can also search for pictures through the site. Typing in adult flickr or babes of flickr you can find some attractive girls or you can type in Halloween and find people decked out in hilarious costumes.
Personal dating sites are beginning to offer these services as well. When you date someone it's not only important what's on the inside but on the outside as well. You can have met the nicest guy, who shares the same interests and morals as you, but if there's no spark because you don't find him physically attractive, there's no hope for the date or the relationship. By having a fotolog on a dating website, it helps you weed out guys you know you wouldn't be interested in.
A fotolog also helps you save time for two reasons. First off, it's hard to keep up with people such as family and friends. A fotolog makes it easy for you to get online and see what's happening in their life. If they've gotten married, bought a new car, had a baby, or attended a special party, there's probably going to be a photo posted online about it. Depending on what website you use you can even read any description or additional information they want to put. Secondly, a fotolog helps you save time by you being able to post information about yourself. If your 80 year old grandma keeps calling you and you don't have time to talk, refer her to the website. It takes about a minute to upload a photo of you, and that way she can keep up with what you're doing and not think you've fallen off the edge of the planet. Plus your other family and friends will be able to see as well.
Fotologs and other sites that provide online photobooks are a things that is growing rapidly on the Internet. They are one of the growing areas of the Internet.
