Anyone who was born after the late 1960's knew what the game "Twister" is. However, those who are not really all that familiar with the game, here is a little summary of it. Twister is a game made of a plastic sheet that has green, yellow, blue and red circles placed consecutively all over it. The game uses a spinner to tell you where you should put either your left foot or hand or right foot and hand. Then you put that particular hand or foot on the specified color. Of all the games that I remember as a child, I never had the opportunity to play the twister. Not sure why. The twister always looked kooky to me and this was probably reinforced by my 4 brothers. The whole idea of spinning the wheel and placing your hands and feet on different colored circles was plain silly, not to mention painful and contorted. At least in my 10 year old mind it was.
