Divorce law has changed to serve the needs of the individual to obtain a self-divorce. It's modifications should give everyone fair grounds to attain a divorce that according to divorce law. And in the end, the divorce should be equitable and fair at the end of the day. However, this is hardly ever the case. It seems the divorce law in most places favors the wealthier spouse or the one who acts first. The change in divorce law is in direct relation to the change in global norms.

Self-divorce has caused regular people to question the divorce law itself, thereby causing it to be modified into confusion. I just have to wonder if it should cost us a fortune to be human or has society come to rely on something for nothing way too often?
