College Uniforms equal identity

Everybody has an identity that they like to preserve. The way that human beings preserve their identities is to live the lifestyle that they believe will help to preserve that identity. A part of a person's identity may be their identity as a college student. Many college students participate in many extracurricular activities such as sports.
There are many people who decide to spend part of their lives devoted to higher education. People who devote part of their lives to higher education hope to receive a college diploma in some area of study. Many college students like to study philosophy, science, mathematics, English, history, and art. In addition, to concentrating on their studies, many college students love to participate in extracurricular activities such as marching band, choir, a variety of clubs, such as the philosophy club, sororities and fraternities. In addition, many students also like to participate in collegiate sports such as football, baseball, basketball, softball, water polo, lacrosse, swimming, diving, and gymnastics. Many college students who participate in collegiate sports often have to wear some kind of uniform in order to play a particular sport. College uniforms often show school spirit because they are often created and designed with the college’s colors on them. College uniforms are also sources of pride for most collegiate athletes because they symbolize their tie to the college that they attend. A college uniform can be a tee shirt or a sweat shirt that has the college or university’s name on it with the colors of the college or university. College tee shirts or sweatshirts allow students who aren’t athletes to show their school spirit by wearing the school’s colors. They also help student identify themselves as members of a particular college or university. In addition, other students besides collegiate athletes wear uniforms.

College students who are members of the marching band often wear college uniforms in order to show off their school spirit. In addition, cheerleaders have to wear a uniform when they cheer at all of their college’s or university’s sporting events and pep rallies.
