Everyone knows that sometimes the economy gets into a downward slope, and it seems like nothing can bring it out of it. However, when Christmas roles around the economy springs back into life, and the whole nation is booming again. So why does the economy stay so good long after Christmas is over, and the answer is Christmas money. This is something that kids and teens get a lot of for Christmas, and because of that they like to go out and spend it. Christmas money keeps the economy looking great long after Christmas is over.
Now you may be saying, 'sure, most kids do spend their money right when they get it, but my kid doesn't.' Well, this may be true, but you have to admit that the kid is not going to be able to go too long without spending that money. How long do you think the kid can wait before buying something? One week, two weeks, maybe a month? Thus this keeps the economy going even longer. This is a very good thing. This keeps the amount of money going back into the economy at a very good level for a longer time. If all the kids went out right away, and spent all their Christmas money, then we would see a huge spike in the market, followed by a big drop. Thanks to some kids waiting a little bit longer to spend their money we see a steady flow of good money coming back into the economy. However, this is nothing to be upset about with your kids. In fact, you may want to thank them. Because of them going out and spending their money, we are able to give out more jobs. Of course, Christmas money is not the only thing that keeps the economy up and running good. You also see a big jump in the economy when people get their income taxes back. That is one of the reasons why the government chooses to give it back, just to help the economy stay moving. People will take that extra money, and go out and buy stuff with it as soon as it comes in. Most people do not keep that money in savings.
So the next time you see your child, run up to him and give him a big huge and say thanks for spending all your Christmas money. They are bringing jobs to people all over the world, and that is making everyone happy in the long run. It is also making your child happy because, let's face it, they love to go out and spend all their money. So giving a kid a lot of money may not be a good way to save money, but it will, however, get the economy on the move. It is sad that the economy cannot stay good like that all year long, but then again if it did, we would have nothing to look forward to. They do say that it is good that the economy goes up and down. Christmas money is the best thing to come along since sliced bread.
