A New Years wedding is a great way to start the New Year. You are telling all your friends and family that you want to be with this person. Committing yourself to a person at a New Years wedding will be the greatest day of your life, you will have all your family and friends around you listening to you make your vows, if your religion dictates that.
There isn't a religion that will not let you become married during New Years. All religions do not tell people of that religion when they can and cannot get married. If you have ever been truly in love with someone then you will know that it will just happen. You will ask your partner for their hand in marriage. Although if you are old fashioned then you may ask your partners parents if you can ask for their child's hand in marriage. If they grant you the permission to ask her then you can ask your partner for their hand in marriage. If he or she agrees then you can arrange the day of the wedding. If you choose to have a New Years wedding then you know that you are starting the New Year in the best way possible. That is with the person that you love by your side, anyone who is in love with someone will know that is the best way to start the New Year.
A New Years wedding does not have to be totally different from a normal wedding. You can arrange everything the same way that you would with a normal wedding but with one exception. If you really want to make the wedding as romantic as possible, then why not try and arrange a nighttime wedding. You can then kiss your new husband or wife on the stroke of midnight and really bring in the New Year in romantic style. Ending one-year single and starting the other officially married.
A New Years wedding can be as romantic as you want it to be. You will obviously want to have the wedding as perfect as you can for your partner. You will know that they deserve the best wedding that you can arrange, although just being there with you will be more then enough for them. The greatest and most romantic day for many people is when they get married to someone that they truly love and cherish in their hearts. If you are an "old romantic" then arranging for a New Years wedding will truly make you and your partner more then happy.
New Year events obviously only happen during the New Year period. So to start your first day as husband and wife why not go to one of these New Year events. It doesn't have to be local because you could be on your honeymoon. So see if your honeymoon destination has any New Year events planned. But you would of thought about that before you booked the honeymoon, wouldn't you?
If you both love each other and both want to spend the rest of your lives together, then why not step away from the normal New Year's tradition of getting totally drunk. Instead ask your partner for their hand in marriage and arrange a New Years marriage. At least your guests will also be off the drink, well until the reception anyway. Two people get married because of the love that they share for each other, also because they want to spend the rest of their live together. You will know when it is the right time to propose.
