A Networks Social Connection Between People

Added: 10/14/2005

Social networks or networks social is the term used to describe the connection between two or more people that are social with each other. Such as a social set of friends or something to that extent. There is of course the online form of a social network such as a list of friends who you like to speak with occasionally. Or to be more exact the connection between two people and how they come together can also be used when describing online social networking.

A social network or networks social can be described as a form of bond between people that is felt between everyone in that "network". It is not a loving network, just a form of link between two people or companies. It helps to build a more solid foundation between each company and to help them understand each other in a more friendly way. As well as building a future where they can both build or expand more successfully together.

Online social networking is the new way to make new connections between a group, they are creating social relations, which can be used, online. Using software such as chat-rooms and e-mail, it has become easier to create an online social networking group for you to discuss business with. Managers nowadays do not know how their employees communicate to get their work done, but these online options help the employees make a networks social connection while in the office. These tools are vital to the employees, for them to be able to complete the work and meet those deadlines. A networks social is the key to bigger and better communication in the office and for different companies around the world.

A networks social theory views the social relationship between members as nodes and ties. Nodes are the individual person in that network of people and the ties are the relationship between each person. Each person within the networks social can be connected to more than one person. Some may have ties that are split into eight different directions, all of the ties making a connection between that person and another node.

The shape of the social network is all-important as it can determine a network's usefulness to the individuals placed in the network. Smaller networks can be less useful to the members, especially if they have a tighter network. This can mean that a smaller tighter network will not introduce new ideas or even opportunities to their members. So if you are placed within a group who only does things with each other, you will all share the same knowledge and opportunities. Whereas a group of individuals who have connections to other social groups and companies will have more access to more and more information.

It is better for every individual to have connections to a variety of networks rather than being restricted to the smaller network that they are being kept in. Individuals can act as the go-between within their social network when trying to bridge together another smaller network, therefore they will be able to achieve what the larger networks are achieving. Expanding knowledge and having access to a wider range of information.

Social networks have been used before to examine how many companies interact with each other and discovering the informal connections that link the executives of the companies together, as well as the other employees of both companies. These social networks have provided ways for both companies to gather information from each other as well as deter competition. But also to build a more stronger connection between the two companies and build a more stable friendship between the companies and their employees.
