A Name Pakistan - Never Offend Their NameIf you have ever seen Pakistani writing then you will know that it doesn't make sense to an outsider unless you have taken the time to revise the language and learn how to be fluent in both written and speaking Pakistani. A name Pakistan is also written using the Urdu alphabet so it is best to know the Urdu alphabet if you are planning on living out there for a while.
A name Pakistan is their pride and joy and although many people from all over Pakistan may have their name it is still their name Pakistan at heart and they will want to keep it that way. They have their name Pakistan as their symbol of religion or power; many Pakistani names come from religious figures that is why so many names are so popular. Pakistan is a hugely religious country and they take their religion seriously, anyone that disagrees with their religion will be cast as an outsider and a non-believer this can also lead to them being rejected from their family.
The Urdu is the main language spoken in many Pakistani cities and towns. Even though it is the national language of Pakistan it is not used as much as Punjabi. Punjabi has taken over as the main language of Pakistan but that doesn't mean that Urdu has been wiped out entirely. Many Pakistanis that are living in other countries still use the Urdu as their main language while still being fluent in the countries language where they are staying at the moment. Learning a new language can be a tough thing to do and can be very time consuming but to learn another language that has an entirely different layout to Urdu is a task that might seem impossible but it has been managed by many Pakistanis that are living in other countries.
A name Pakistan for a newborn child will be important for the child and will more than likely be religious based. However if the Urdu language is being less used then the newborn child may learn Punjabi instead it will all depend on the language that the child's parents will use. But as Punjabi is being used more it seems that the baby will grow up learning Punjabi and then maybe learning Urdu at a later time in their life.
Many parents in Pakistan will choose a name Pakistan that will seem powerful and clever or courageous. These names are more then often used when choosing a name Pakistan because the families believe that they will bring their child good luck and the wealth that they want their child to have. In Pakistan if you give your child a name that means powerful then they believe that the child will grow up to be powerful and a high standing member of society.
But no matter what name you give your child it will not be understood by outsiders of Pakistan as they have not revised the Urdu alphabet and therefore cannot speak the language that is used when pronouncing the name of the parents child.
A child is seen as a gift from their god and they will do their best to protect their child from the dangers that may lie ahead for them. The parents will love their child more then their own life and will sacrifice themselves for their child should they need to.
