As children we are taught to socialize and play with other children. If fact, if children don’t learn to socialize and play with other children when they are young some educators and doctors believe that there is something wrong with these type of children. These kinds of children are often labeled as loners or anti social. Also, children who don’t socialize and play with other children are often labeled as quiet and other children might label them as weird and stay away from them or start rumors about them. However, rest assured that most kids seem to be socialized and play with other children by the time they get to preschool or kindergarten. Socialization is very important in society because no human is an island and needs other people in order to survive in the world. In fact, orthodox Jews don’t work on Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, or the first two days of Passover.
