Oh do you remember the David Essex song?
I was at work on saturday. Yogi asked me if I would come out on the staff night out, in Dundee. But I dont live in Dundee. So if I go out in Dundee its straight from work. They go out at 8.30 or 9. So I would have 2 or 3 hours in the pub headstart on them. Id be hammered. Then my last bus is at 10. So I would either see them for a little while. Or go out with them and get a taxi back home. My brother got a taxi back from Dundee at christmass. Cost £30. Thats all the money I had on me. Plus Im to tight to spend all that. I geuss I could have crashed at someones house. But that would mean that I would have to stay till the finish. I would be dead by that time.
I had seen that the night club in the nearer town had free entry. So I got the 7pm bus home and then went into town at 10pm. The first pub I went into was real busy. They had a band on. Also pretty barmaids :p There was a hen night. They had an inflatable man, and a mans thing.
I went to a couple other pubs. They were real busy. I went to the Night club after 11. There was no one there. I went to the bar. There was no draft lager. It was broken. I got a bottle of Millars in a glass. It tasted horrible. Think there was cleaner in the glass. I hung around. Not many came in. I found out my watch glows in the lights.
I left to go to another pub. They were real busy. I caught the barmaids eye. And got served in front of 10 others, thats what you get for being extremely handsome. :$
I went for a Taxi. Got one immediately. None of this hanging around for over an hour in the cold like the last time I was at the club. The Taxi driver knew my brother
